On Sunday 3 December to commemorate the RGLI battle at e Les Rue Vertes, Masnieres the Guernsey Bikers Group are organising a 'ride out' ahead of the Annual Memorial Service held at both Memorials in Guernsey (at the Sunken Garden) and Les Rue Vertes in Masnieres.
Anyone with a biking interest is welcomed to meet at Guernsey Pearl for a 10am departure. The ride will go north around the island, ending at the Sunken Garden for the commemoration service that starts at 11am (for those who wish to attend).
There will be charity buckets to raise funds for the work of the RGLI Charitable Trust.
