Battlefield Tour 2021
The annual RGLI Memorial ride will take place this year in Guernsey as a Battlefield Tour, including exclusive entry into many areas associated with the regiment.

About the Event
This memorial ride remembers the sacrifice of the Royal Guernsey Light Infantry. Delayed from 2020 and once again 2021 due to COVID-19. The ride will be an histotic Battle Field Tour of the Guernsey sites associated wit the regiment between 1916 and 1920. These include the parade grounds of L'Ancresse and Beaucamps with the Militia Hall, summer camp at Grande Rocques, former Government House in 1917 in the Grange, private tour of No 6 berth associated with the departure and return of the regiment, together with an exclusive visist to the RGLI regimental musuem at Castle Cornet. The tour will finish with a visist to the cemetary at Fort George and the grave of the men of the regiment interned there. Included in the tour is a visist, at the invitation of the present owners, the the regiments field hospital in Guernsey. A remembernace service at the RGLI memorial will take place at 13:00 hours to which all are welcome. The evening supper has limited numbers availble and interested parties should get intouch with the team for further information.
